While both Chimney (Kenneth Choi) and Eddie (Ryan Guzman) took their leave from the firehouse during FOX''s 9-1-1 season, two newcomers walked in their stead: Lucy Donato (Arielle Kebbel) and Jonah Greenway (Bryce Durfee), which Jonah turned out to be a dark force causing chaos and death, despite Hen (Aisha Hinds) and the gang discovering after Claude
Buck and Lucy went to a bar to commemorate the start of the 9-1-1 season, despite Buck''s desire to avoid the collision. Fortunately, Buck and Lucy knew how to deal with the error, but he decided to go through the rest.
Lucy''s absence on the 118 has been a pleasure. It''s interesting to see someone else join the team and learn how she can become involved in this particular firehouse. Shes already experienced some frightening things, including her lucky catch of the woman falling from a high rise, saving the woman''s life in a way that might never be repeated. It''s a fresh way to show Lucy that being in this line of work is a can take on someone, and as someone willing to do whatever it takes and think outside
Although Lucy has only had a few episodes, she has already shown that she would make a fantastic addition to the 118. It was conceivable that removing Buck and Lucy''s romance was an appropriate call to make, and it facilitated the show as a professional to characterize her. It also enhanced her confidence in Jonah, who has previously shown her that this job is just so good, but she is unsure whether or not she will become a member of this amazing family.
Lucy hasn''t been much involved with other firefighters yet, but the platonic (so far) relationship between Buck and Lucy has been interesting to see. Buck was characterized by the powers that be the female Buck (which probably wasn''t the right way to go about things, as Buck is truly one of a kind). Lucy is distinct, passionate, and is determined to continue to be the show''s main focus for the first time since Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) quit her job, and is confident
Lucy''s future has been in jeopardy as a full-time member of the 118. Bobby (Peter Krause) and Lucy have the potential to be an invaluable asset to the season 5 series. She was brought in in to fill the challenge he left.
Mondays are still on FOX. 9-1-1.
