Denmark and Turkey will be the host countries for future VALORANT events, according to the Riot Games.
The VCT Masters Two will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark''s capital. The event will begin on July 10 and conclude on July 24 with 12 teams poised to compete to become the international champion. Champions will take place in Istanbul, Turkey''s largest city.
The EMEA region will field three teams at VCT Masters Two, while North America will field two teams. Champions will include 16 teams, many of whom will earn their spot throughout the regular season, and six from the last chance qualifiers, which will take place in every region.
Riot said in the press that it''s a great idea to bring our next international event to a new city. In the future weeks, we''ll be publishing additional information about the event.
In the first release, Riot did not specify if the tournaments will take place in front of a live audience.
Our aim is to see our most popular international events played in front of a live audience; both of these cities provided clear paths towards this goal, while also providing the best possible assurance that all qualified teams will be able to assist and compete safely, according to Riot.
