A 180-page manifesto for the shooter reportedly jimboboiii has been launched after following up on Twitch, according to authorities. The result is a racial and anti-Semitic view, which he partly attributes to an infamous online forum 4chan.

The shooting took place at a Tops Friendly Market on Jefferson Street, a suburban neighborhood in New York State. According to local reports, a witness said the store was packed and busy. Jimboboii, who was identified as Payton Gendron, was spotted coming to the supermarket and shot four people, killing all but one. Gendron then fled, killing several people, including a recently retired Buffalo police officer.

According to the Associated Press, Gendron came from Conklin, a small town just 200 miles southeast of Buffalo. He had on tactical gear, a tactical helmet, and a camera that he was streaming what he was doing. Although many are sharing a Twitch connection known as jimboboii, the Amazon-owned company has terminated the Twitch channel.

The footage of the incident has been removed, although there are still screenshots and short clips of the event. While the Jimboboiiis Twitch channel has been pulled, there is a YouTube channel connected to him that hasn''t been updated in at least three years. Hes also available a Steam account.

The ultimate comfortable gaming chairAdjustable arm rests, 90 degree comfort, bucket seats...what else can you ask for?

The long manifesto, which dives deep into the shooters'' supposed intentions, cites 4chan as the source of his radicalization, noting there I learned through infographics, shitposts, and memes that the White race is dying out, that the average black takes $700,000 from tax-payers in their lifetime, and that the Jews and the elite were also involved in this effort. Discord is also discussed in detail, although the long manifesto is not considered legitimate.

A Twitch spokesperson told Kotaku via an email that it was dissatisfied by the news and notes that it has strict zero tolerance policies against violence.

The shooting that occurred this afternoon in Buffalo, New York, has sent our condolences to the affected community. Twitch has a zero tolerance policy against violence of any kind, and is working swiftly to respond to all incidents. The user has been permanently suspended from our service, and we are taking all appropriate precautions, including monitoring for any accounts rebroadcasting this content.

Discord said that it was both investigating the posts Gendron supposedly made on the private server before the shooting, as well as working with law enforcement officials.

The company said that it will do everything we can to assist the victims and their families in the investigation.

Kotaku has reached out to 4chan, 8chan, and Discord for feedback.

According to The Independent, police have called the shooting a racially motivated hate crime. A CBS News correspondent reports that the Buffalo City FBI, the police department, and the United States Department of Justice are conducting investigations as such. However, Payton Gendron, who was arraigned and charged with murder in the first degree, has admitted not guilty to his crimes.
