On Articulated Optimus Prime, 'Transformers' and LEGO are partners ...

This is the first time these two giants are working together in recent years. Now the popular brick building company is transforming its brand into another popular 80s franchise. LEGO has announced that they are working with Hasbro for bricks that are more than meets the eye.

This LEGO robot, which was modeled after his G1 appearance, has 1,508 pieces and is 35 cm tall in autonomous mode. It is one of the few components in the LEGO brand to have two different modes, without the need to modify it, and is also 15 cm tall in autonomous mode. This amazing nostalgia trip will cost you $169.99.

Joseph Patrick Kyde, who talks about his passion for this upcoming collaboration, said in his statement: "It''s a testament to the company''s success."

I am excited to see these two toy companies come together for the first time to commemorate the leader of the Autobots. Optimus Prime has become a pop culture symbol of courage, selflessness, and great leadership, as well as an outstanding toy that embodies the problem-solving and creativity skills both companies value so much. It''s been a great and challenging task to bring him to life using LEGO bricks, mainly so that he may change modes without disassembly and follow his signature

Casey Collins, the CEO of Hasbro''s licensed consumer services and business development division, said that while he finished off by saying, we know that fans everywhere will be pleased by this collaboration as it allows fans and families of all ages to create memories as they collaborate to create the LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime.

The Transformers animated series developed in 1984, with a wide spectrum of action figures, comic books, video games, and movies. Optimus Prime has always been at the forefront of this franchise''s development. It is also an instrumental voice that always finds a way to send chills down your spine. It always feels like you are hearing it for the first time as a 5-year-old.

Because of all of this, it is surprising that this is the first time Hasbro and LEGO have worked together. Transformers are just as synonymous with toys as they are with their television shows or films. Hopefully, this is a sign of more sets to come with some more iconic characters like Bumblebee or Megatron. Transformers feel like they were made for the LEGO treatment. This Optimus Prime is more than evidenced.

The LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime will be released on June 1, 2022, and you may find out more on the LEGO website. Click here to see a new image below.
