Blue Archive was first introduced in Japan in early 2021, but after great success made its way to worldwide release. Now, players everywhere are treading the shoes of the sensei, guiding teams of cute but deadly school girls through the trials of modern life and combat. Nevertheless, if you want to grab your favourite students, you will need to get to grips with the Blue Archive banners.
Blue Archive has a range of banners, including one that can even provide higher rates for getting a specific high-tier student, or even the possibility to recruit special, limited characters. Blue Archive banner guide
Blue Archive has a system called pick-up recruitment, which allows you to spend valuable pyroxenes on newcomers to your party. You can either use 120 pyroxenes to do a single pull, or 1,200 pyroxenes to do ten pulls simultaneously.
Students range from one-star quality (lowest) to three-star quality, and for every ten summons, you''ll receive at least one two-star student. There''s also a Blue Archive banner pity system, which allows you to recruit points for each student you pull. However, those points are not left out when the event banner is finished.
Current Blue Archive banner list
There is currently one Blue Archive recruitment banner running. It features Asuna (bunny), a support role striker who handles mystic damage from the middle lines, and uses light armour as a defense technique.
Asuna (bunny) is shown on the pick-up campaign until the 31st of May.
Blue Archive banner rates
There are two types of gacha in the regular recruitment process for Blue Archive, which includes all unlimited students, and pick-up recruiting, which is the equivalent of a banner.
- One-star students 79% chance
- Two-star students 18.5% chance
- Three-star student 2.5% chance
When using Blue Archive banners, the rates are different. Certain banners offer a rate-up for certain students. At the moment, we aren''t entirely sure of the banner rates in the worldwide release, as they differ from the Japanese rates, but be sure to update this guide when we discover it.
You may sell divine fragments or student fragments in your store to purchase growth materials or additional student fragments. Student fragments enable you to alert a student to their next level of rarity.
What types of Blue Archive banners are there?
Blue Archive has two types of event banners. Students are shown as limited or unlimited.
- Unlimited banners feature students who will remain available in the regular gacha recruitment pool after the event ends. The purpose of these banners is to increase the drop rate for the specified student, so you have a higher chance of snagging them for a limited time.
- Limited banners feature special students who are only available during the event period, and will not be included in the regular recruitment pool once the banner is finished. Theres a chance the banners may return in the future, but theres no guarantee.
If two limited banners run alongside each other, they will also benefit from additional bonuses (unless otherwise stated).
- Both banners share their recruit points
- Students from both banners are temporarily available on the regular recruitment banner
- You can obtain both limited students from each others banners (without their individual rate-up)
What is the banner for the Blue Archive?
After maintenance, a new Blue Archive banner runs every two weeks on a Tuesday. We always update this guide the day before, so make sure to check back here to see who''s available in the next pick-up process.
