Every film and television release for Star Wars is set for 2022 and beyond ...

Right now, Star Wars is in a great situation. Disney has already completed its own Skywalker trilogy and closed the book on that story, but there are still a lot of Star Wars projects that are currently on the way to theaters and streaming.

The upcoming Star Wars lineup from Disney stretches as far back as the High Republic and may even pass the Skywalker Saga on the timeline one day. There are some new characters and old favorites, as well as plenty of shows to help us better understand the events of one Star Wars movie or another. However, the upcoming Star Wars lineup is a little bit more silent, but there are a few who are on the very same page.

Here''s a look at all the Disney Plus shows that will be available, the movies that will be released in theaters, and when you can expect to see each and every one of them.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi: May 27

Obi-Wan Kenobi will follow the Jedi Master on Tatooine, as he examines Luke, and likely his travels around the galaxy, along with Ewan McGregors Obi-Wan, and new additions such as Sung Kang, Benny Safdie, OShea Jackson Jr., and Kumail Nanjiani.

Star Wars: Ahsoka

Rosario Dawsons Ahsoka Tano will follow this series, but its not exactly clear where the story will draw her. We do know that Hayden Christensen will play Darth Vader in the series, although it''s very probable that Vader will be executed by then, since Vader will be dead by then, but that''s all we know about it, and it''s still a guess.

Taika Waititis Star Wars movie

The fact that this film is directed by Taika Waititi and co-written by Waititi and Krysty Wilson-Cairns (1917) is a comprehensive analysis of what we really know about it. Waititi stated in the summer of 2021 that the film had a story, but that otherwise it might, nevertheless, be written. However, the first Star Wars movie to go public since Rise of Skywalker will be released.

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron

Patty Jenkins, the director of Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, has reportedly announced that the film will be released in December 2023. However, scheduling delays have forced the film to go off the Disney calendar for the year since then. Jenkins has also stated that it would focus more on Rogue Squadron and the upcoming Wonder Woman 3.
