In 'Moon Knight,' we still want to answer eight key questions

In 'Moon Knight,' we still want to answer eight key questions ...

Following the wrap-up of Marvel''s Moon Knight''s ambitious Disney+ debut (Oscar Isaac), viewers were left with a number of lingering concerns. The series is the first attempt from Disney+ to adapt a character that had not yet been seen in the MCU in his or their own limited series.

Despite a revealing finale, viewers are still confronted with a number of questions about Marc Spector and his various identities. What will their future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe look like? We''ll have to wait and see.

Will We See Steven Or Marc Again?

Following the conclusion of the final episode, in which Moon-god Konshu removes both Marc and Steven from his service, one of the most pressing questions coming from the season finale is will fans see Moon Knight and Mr. Knight again?

While viewers were given a relatively small sample of Moon Knight in action, the introduction of the two personalities working together gave a really unique perspective on the superhero origin story. It''s difficult to imagine a scenario in which fans don''t see Oscar Isaac and his cast of accents.

When Will We See The Red Scarab Again?

While this season of Moon Knight included a wide range of superhero outfits, none were more notable than that of Marvel''s first Egyptian Superhero the Scarlet Scarab, Lalyla El-Faouly (May Calamawy).

Layla''s emergence as a superhero on her own account was one of the series'' sneaky successes. With a new superhero suit from Taweret, she will no doubt appear in future Marvel projects.

How Was Laylas Father Involved?

The following was uncovered in a shooting in the Egyptian desert, leaving Laylas father dead and Marc dying. Despite this feature, viewers were cautious not to divulge any of the previous altercations. Leaving viewers with a multitude of questions, including how was Laylas father involved with these mercenaries, and what they found?

As the goddess Tawaret demonstrates his knowledge while attempting to the field of reeds and Harrow (Ethan Hawke) implies a common objective in understanding the role of gods in our world, it is reasonable to assume that Layla''s father''s search for Egyptian relics might have involved the gods or an avatar.

What Happened Between Harrow And Konshu?

As the very first scene of Moon Knight depicts Arthur Harrow (Hawke) and his self-flagellation, the series set the tone early, focusing on its villain and his motivations.

In episode one, he shows that he understands Marc as a mercenary, while Harrow''s own past as an avatar for Konshu. Much of the character''s backstory remains unexplored. Although the possibility for future stories involving Harrow might have been reduced short by the post-credit stinger, his influence on events in the past remains unclear.

How Will Konshu and Marc''s Relationship Evolve?

With the working relationship between Konshu and both Marc and Steven ending with the series, with Ammit and Harrow both sidelined, it undermines the character''s future. Although Jake Lockley''s post-credit stinger revealed a still emerging personality, it is still unclear how this will affect Marc and Steven.

Although Marc and Steven believe to be free of their service to the vengeful god, the constant relationship will certainly be a factor in any future appearances of the character.

Will We See Bushman?

Following the reveal in Episode 5 that the traditional comic book villain Bushman was responsible for the death of Laylas father, at least according to Marc, the possibility that this character might still play a part in the MCU is still alive.

The character, which has only been named by name so far, is still engaged in Layla''s father''s death and the entire Egyptian desert operation. This territory, which might provide significant context for Layla (Calamawy).

Who Is Jake Lockley?

In the lead-up to Episode 5, fans were aware that the blackouts experienced by Marc and Steven were due to the presence of a third-and-a-new person.

The third personality, albeit as a result of Layla''s death, is still unknown. In the past post-credit scene, Spanish-speaking Jake Lockley appears wheeling Arthur Harrow from a mental health facility before killing him at Konshu''s request. While also appearing during a drama in Moon Knight''s climactic battle with Harrow, the third, most violent personality is largely unknown.

Will These Gods Get God-Butchered?

With Thor''s next release, it''s reasonable to wonder if some of Moon Knight''s Egyptian deities might be a victim to Gorr the God Butcher, who is crowned villain.

The few familiar god''s within the cinematic world might be undermined by an even more formidable foe, as one of the few Marvel properties to venture into the realm of theology.
