TSM closes the finals, but OG and Tundra are set to clash on the Stockholm Majors' final day ...

North America is one day away from being crowned its first major victories of the Dota Pro Circuit era, with TSM submitting their first series loss to Tundra Esports in the grand finals.

This will be the fourth DPC Major in a row where an NA team has been present in the grand finals, with Evil Geniuses appearing and finishing second at the previous three, dating back to the DreamLeague Major in January 2020.

Tundra had never lost a match in Stockholm, but TSM was on a hot streak of acquiring exceptional European talents, winning OG and Gaimin Gladiators in the previous two rounds. Despite Nines Rubick''s and skiters, the hot streak would continue.

Game two swung the opposite way as SabeRLighT- and Timado played some of their best Dota of the event, as their team raised 51 total killings and evening the series. And, even after a slow start and taking six fatalities before the 10-minute mark in game three, SabeRLighT-s Enigma provided a boost to TSM when he completed the series.

SabeRLighT- continued to show the same confidence he had in those victories, posing a EGs curse for being unable to secure a Major and defending his teams.

The main difference is that it was before. They are cursed so they can never get the top one, while others, we are not cursed. So we are just making it all the way for the finals and will just win it. SabeRLighT-

Tundra will now face OG in the lower bracket finals to see who TSM will play in the final match of the Stockholm Major.

OG actually had to play twice in the same day in order to advance into the top three, but in their matchup against Thunder Awaken and the later Gaimin Gladiators, the roster seemed as poised as the two-time TI champion en route.

OG trailed twice in two games against TA, delaying the final South American team on the back of ATFs'' continued success and the teams'' ability to individually assemble all interactions (looking at you, Ceb).

OG did the same with GG after defeating TA, but the series was much closer overall.

GG even benefited from a solid draft, which resulted in ATF plowing the top lane and giving the rest of the OG plenty of freedom to play at their own pace. GG quickly gained ground, and was able to capitalize and clean up from about the 20-minute mark.

While Cebs Windranger provided more opportunities for the ATF to casually take fights, grab key kills, and build their lead, one look at ATF''s calm face as he chased down Aces Mars across half the map to get a kill demonstrates how confident the team was playing.

The final day of Major action will begin at 5am CT, with Tundra and OG clashes again for both the title of Western Europe''s best team and a place in the grand finals.
