After Raw's walkout, WWE suspends Sasha Banks and Naomi for a period of time ...

Sasha Banks and Naomi have been suspended indefinitely after they walked out of a live taping of Raw on Monday night (May 16).

On SmackDown, Friday (May 20) commentator Michael Cole stated that the pair had been suspended and also stripped of their WWE Women''s Tag Team Championship.

When they walked out of Raw, Cole described Banks and Naomi as having "let us all down," making WWE unable to deliver their advertised main event for the show.

He added that their actions sparked "millions of WWE fans and their fellow Superstars." He then affirmed that they were both suspended "indefinitely" and stripped of their titles.

In the near future, WWE will conduct a tournament to select the new Women''s Tag Team Champions.

When you search the web, Sasha and Naomi have both been stripped of their merchandise from WWE''s online store.

"When Sasha Banks and Naomi arrived at the arena this afternoon, they were informed of their participation in tonight''s Monday Night Raw.

"During the broadcast, they met at the office of WWE Head of Talent Relations, carrying suitcases in hand, placed their tag team championship belts on his desk and walked out.

"They claimed they were not enough to compete in a tag team. And even if they had eight hours to record and construct their match, they claimed they were uncomfortable in the ring with two of their opponents, even though they had previously beaten those individuals.

"Monday Night Raw is a scripted live television show, which will honor their contract. We regret that we were unable to perform tonight''s main event as advertised."

So far neither Sasha nor Naomi have made any public comments on the incident.
