Square Enix has launched a new "deeply strategic" game, The DioField Chronicle, which was founded by a team of "veteran" strategy developers at Lancarse Ltd. It''s within a world of honor and political intrigue, requiring players to direct units through multiple combat encounters using a "Real-Time Tactical Battle."
This upcoming Switch release is expected to arrive at some point this year, and as a result of the ESRB rating, the game has received a ''T'' for a teen rating, which contains blood, mild suggestive themes, and violence. Here''s the full description, which also reveals what''s more to expect from this upcoming release:
"This is a role-playing game in which players play mercenaries against adversaries in a fantastical world." Characters include guns, swords, and magic blasts, as well as depicting wounded civilians standing in their blood. In one scene, a villain kidnaps village women, forcing them to work in a brothel.
