Food is important, but there is no doubt about that. Unfortunately, food supplies will last you so long and you will be on your own before you know it. When your settlers fail, they will soon perish and there will not be anything you can do about it. This is where farming comes in. In Going Medieval, here''s all you need to know about it.
You will need to learn the ancient farming techniques at the top of the screen. Instead, you will need to go to the research tab at the top of the screen and select the unlock icon. This will help you continue your agricultural journey in the future by learning brewing and food preservation. This will help you make alcohol and preserve your crops for future use.
How to farm
The process of starting a farm is quite straightforward. You will most likely begin the game with some varieties of seeds you can use to start a farm. Select the Zone tab in the bottom right corner of the screen and press Enter. The field will then be displayed on your keyboard and mouse.
If you don''t have the resources to harvest your particular harvest, you can collect seeds from nearby wild crops. After starting a farm, select a crop and press the harvest button that appears in the lower right corner of the screen. Be sure to avoid leaving the crops sitting too long. This will cause them to fall.
