The upgraded version of Insomniacs hit action game for PlayStation consoles, Marvels Spider-Man Remastered, will be available on Windows PC on August 12th. The port is powered by Nixxes Software, which has been added to the PlayStation Studios stable in 2021. The announcement was made Thursday during Sony''s state of play steaming presentation.
Spider-Man Remastered will include the post-release content The City That Never Sleeps. Insomniac and Nixxes will also include Marvels Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PC sometime this autumn.
Both Spider-Man games will feature controller capabilities as well as keyboard and mouse controls, according to Insomniac on the PlayStation Blog. Both Spider-Man games will feature PC-specific features, including adjustable render settings and ray-traced reflections.
The original Spider-Man was praised for bringing new life to the web-slingers digital incarnation. It follows Peter Parker and chronicles his nemesis, Doctor Octopus. The game also featured powerful traversal mechanics and a narrative that enlisted players. The remake, Spider-Man 2, is expected to premiere in 2023.
Nixxes'' first rodeo, obviously. Marvels Avengers, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Deus Ex: Mankind are both on the market.
