As the clip reportedly showed Ekin-Su shouting and swearing against Jay before storming off, he advised viewers to expect fireworks.
Jay''s feelings against Paige Thorne, who is currently linked up with professional rugby league player Jacques O''Neill, seem to be heated.
Jay expressed interest in Paige recently, which seems to have sparked a chin for Ekin-Su.
In the preview, Ekin-Su is heard scolding Jay, saying, "It''s just hit me now, what you''ve done."
"You''re telling me now that you want to meet Paige. She''s in a secure relationship, but do you know how muggy that makes you look?"
"I was learning to get to know you and things... things," Jay stutters.
Ekin-Su responds to his criticism: "Things what? Apparently I was an employee in this house, but the greatest player in this country is you, and you deserve the most award in this regard."
"You should just f**k off, Jay," the islander bellows as she retaliates.
Will Jay and Ekin-Su do things differently, or might this be the couple''s final decision?
This isn''t the first time Ekin-Su has been caught up in a difficult relationship as she previously fought with her former partner Davide Sanclimenti.
After meeting with and kissing Jay behind his back, Davide was left raging with the 27-year-old actress.
The Italian quickly became involved in a gruesome rant and branded Ekin-Su as a "liar."
Love Island is available on ITV2 and via catch up on the ITV Hub and Britbox.
