Grey''s Anatomy is no stranger to a dramatic season ending, and season 18 was no different.
After discovering Owen had been giving pills to veterans to assist their suicides, doctors Owen Hunt and Teddy Altman went on a plane with their two children.
Kim Raver, who plays Teddy in TV, argues that the couple''s story was not the end.
"I mean, look, I hope that''s not the way we''re ending it," she said. "There is still a lot to be told with these two," she said. "You never know. You must keep everyone afloat at the end of September. I just believe there are still a few things to be told."
"Season 19 is going to be insane," Raver said of the show. "It''s like the bomb exploding, and what will the consequences be?" What show can pull off 19 years?
"I think it''s a real honour to Krista Vernoff, Debbie Allen, and all of the writers."
"That''s a really difficult thing to do to complete that finale she did, and to pull it off after all of these seasons, of everyone going, "Wait, what''s happening?" "
The show will air in October for a 19th season. It has been recently announced.
Ellem Pompeo, who has played Dr Meredith Grey since the premiere, has uncovered that Grey''s would continue without her.
"Shonda [Rhimes] and I, I think we''ll see, we''ll see," she tells Entertainment Tonight.
"The challenge at this point is to constantly strive to reinvent the show," says a lot of people, and the young people who admire the show.
Grey''s Anatomy is returning for season 19 on October 6, televised on ABC in the United Kingdom. Season 1-17 are available on Disney+, while season 18 is available via Sky Witness and NOW.
