Obi-Wan Kenobi's star breaks the silence on his return to Star Wars as a surprise ...

Kenobi-Obi-Wan spoilers follow.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, who plays Disney+, has released its season finale, bring back a familiar face in an emotional play.

If you haven''t seen the sixth and final episode of the series, we''re entering spoiler territory.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, who plays his former Master in ''Part VI,'' reunites with Qui-Gon Jinn once more, played by Liam Neeson in his first live-action role since The Phantom Menace.

"I certainly didn''t want anyone else playing Qui-Gon Jinn, and I wanted to show my respect for George [Lucas] and the mythical world that he created," Neeson told The Hollywood Reporter.

"Plus, Ewan [McGregor] is a kind person, and I loved working with him during The Phantom Menace 25 years ago," he said.

Qui-Gon (in his Force ghost form) and Obi-Wan meet again, implying that Neeson''s character must''ve learned how to manifest himself following the events of the prequel trilogy.

The finale of Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon left the stage open to further Jedi adventures, if Disney decides to run another season.

Joby Harold, the creator and executive producer of Kenobi, claims that the likelihood of getting a season two is quite limited today.

"I''ve just been thinking about this for so long as a close-ended story that my mind is so focused on this as a sort of limited [series," he said.

"But [Obi-Wan] is a fantastic character. They''re all amazing characters."

Obi-Wan Kenobi is streaming on Disney+. Both Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and the entire Skywalker Saga are now available on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K as well as on Disney+.
