Is Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 2? Ewan McGregor and Others Have Confronted With It

Is Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 2? Ewan McGregor and Others Have Confronted With It ...

With the final episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi appearing on Disney+ this week, Ewan McGregor''s long-awaited return to Star Wars has concluded. It''s claimed that there will not be more of the show anymore, although most of the key players, including McGregor and Hayden Christensen, are interested in doing more.

While the Obi-Wan Kenobi series tells a whole story, those who enjoyed it would certainly like to see more, and they are not the only ones. Ewan McGregor expresses his desire to play Obi-Wan again in the speech with the GQ.

I would have liked to do one of these every time and again.

Ewan McGregor has never been hesitant about being able to play Obi-Wan again following the prequels. Often asked that question, he always said yes, even if it appears to show him long before the series was to be confirmed.

McGregor isn''t the only actor who will come back. Hayden Christensen tells the Radio Times, that he believes there''s more to explore as Darth Vader, so while he knows this program was only intended to be limited, if asked, it sounds like he''s up for returning. Christensen added:

I''d love to continue with this character because it was definitely conceived as a standalone story. I think there''s certainly more to explore, and I''d be so pleased to do so.

If there would be a second season of Obi-Wan Kenobi, the first conversation about it would likely be between Disney and Deborah Chow, who was the showrunner and producer of the series. For her part, although she doesn''t completely shut down the idea, she claims she hasn''t had a chance to think about it.

At this point, the only thing I''m contemplating is taking vacation. I haven''t gotten there. I can''t even imagine it yet. I need to actually finish the program to get there first.

Chows comment came before Obi-Wan Kenobi was actually written, and now it is, so maybe she will now think about it. If someone has an idea for a story, it would appear like more of Ewan McGregor, the fans want it, and the actors are interested, and Disney is likely to be doing well with the limited series. It seems obvious that Disney would be fine with making it a bit less limited.
