George RR Martin Confirms Jon Snow Spinoff and Reveals Kit Harington's Creative Involvement in Game ...

The Game of Thrones story by Jon Snows isn''t yet finished, and Kit Harington is working on it.

In a blog post on Thursday, George RR Martin, who directed and directed the HBO fantasy novel, confirmed that Harington will reprise his role as Jon Snow in an upcoming spinoff. He also revealed the working title for the spinoff: Snow.

Martin adds that Harington brought the idea to us by Kit Harington. I cannot say the names of the writers/showrunners, since the release has not been approved yet, but Kit brought them in and his own team, and they are exceptional.

Jon Snow''s spinoff was first reported last week, with Harington returning to the role he played for eight seasons on Thrones. Unlike the other games in the series series, the spinoff is reportedly a sequel rather than a prequel. (The first House of the Dragon, which is expected to debut on HBO in August.) Jon Snow walked away in the throng after killing his beloved Daenerys and returned to the Nights Watch, leaving the Wall with his direwolf Ghost.

Emilia Clarke, who played Daenerys, confirmed the spinoff in an interview with the BBC. Harington has told me about it, she says. And I know it, so hes from the ground up. So what you will be watching, hopefully, is certified by Kit Harington.
