In October, there will be no Mans Sky coming to Nintendo Switch ...

The Nintendo Switch version of No Mans Sky will be available on October 7, both digitally and physically. The Switch version will include No Mans Skys'' vast universe as well as six years of upgrades as part of the package.

The game''s new October release date is a teeny delay for No Mans Sky on Switch, which was previously expected sometime this summer.

In the above trailer and in a gallery below, Hello Games has released six significant updates to No Mans Sky Frontiers, Prisms, Expeditions, Companions, and Leviathan. All-new gameplay mechanics and improved visuals have been added to the game.

In a statement released Thursday, No Mans Sky on this tiny handheld device feels both completely natural and absolutely improbable at the same time. This has been a real moonshot for our small team. Hello Games is outlining the Switch release, with a remastered disc containing all 20 updates. That version will also be on sale on October 7.

This is the first time since the Beyond launch in 2019 that you may purchase a copy of No Mans Sky in the stores, according to Murray. The box of the version, which included all seven major upgrades, is a reminder of how busy we have been in the last three years!

When the next-generation virtual reality hardware gets released, Hello Games plans to make a PlayStation 5 version of No Mans Sky that supports Sonys PlayStation VR2.
