Elizabeth Olsen of Doctor Strange discusses her husband Robbie Arnett's wedding ...

Elizabeth Olsen has revealed more about her wedding to Robbie Arnett, confirming that the couple had eloped for a private ceremony.

Last year, the Wanda Maximoff actress most recently seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness surprised some viewers when she first referred to Arnett, a musician for Milo Greene, as her "husband" in the most casual manner.

Olsen revealed recently that she and the singer, who had got engaged in summer 2019, had actually married before the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic.

"We eloped, we eloped." As her husband sat by her side, Olsen said on SiriusXM''s The Jess Cagle Show. "It was before COVID. I just never talked about it."

Olsen admitted that getting married before COVID-19 restrictions were introduced was a beautiful surprise for the couple, allowing him and Arnett to spend time together while she was working in the United Kingdom.

"We both agreed to time things out accidentally," she said.

"It''s been so backed up, you couldn''t even try to get married then, during the epidemic," said the narrator. "But it ended up working out."

In May, the actress discussed a possible return in the role of Wanda Maximoff (aka Scarlet Witch) following Doctor Strange 2. Spoilers follow if you haven''t watched the movie yet.

Olsen''s character reveals herself at the end of the horrifying MCU adventure directed by Sam Raimi, leaving fans worried about her recovery.

"I''m just making the assumption that they''ll have me again," Olsen said.

"I''m not sure to which capacity, but I''m hoping I''ll be back."

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is now streaming on Disney+.
