Neighbours spoilers follow.
In a video chat with Harold, Neighbours is about to hear Joe Mangel's return, but this call only makes Harold realize that he has made a terrible mistake with Melanie and Toadie.
Harold has not been a fan of Melanie and Toadie's marriage since his return, and it is not long before Melanie realizes that he isn't supportive of them.
When Melanie confronts him, Harold explain that he is worried that Nell and Hugo will be hurt the same way as Toby and Sky did when she left Joe.
Melanie is hurt that Harold might think she would do so, and she tells Toadie that Harold's version of events does not match what happened between her and Joe.
Harold decides that he should investigate Joe if Toadie knows his facts correctly, and soon realizes that he has completely wrong things.
Joe admits to Harold that he dealt with the truth when they discussed it, and instead sings Melanie's praises and admits that his children were fortunate to have her.
Harold is now forced to eat a humble pie and apologize, but will Melanie and Toadie give him the same excuse?
In 2005, Mark Little was last seen playing Joe Mangel as he made a makeshift return to Ramsay Street to commemorate his 20th anniversary.

His previous stint took place from 1988 to 1991, and he was front and center of several big stories, including the death of his wife, Kerry, and the fate of her daughter, Sky.
Lucinda Cowden herself appeared for the first time since her 20th birthday celebration from London. In 2021, she will return to the show full-time.
