A number of "impossible" ports have been released throughout Nintendo Switch. We're talking about The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt, the new DOOM version, developed by specialist teams such as Saber Interactive and Panic Button.
Virtuos, a software developer who is well-known to perform miracles on Nintendo's hybrid system, has now released games like Dying Light, L.A. Noire, Dark Souls: Remastered, and Bioshock: The Collection. In the following reports, the same company is responsible for the NieR:Automata Switch release.
Square Enix has previously called for Virtuos to implement a variety of other projects, such as the Tomb Raider series and even some other Final Fantasy games. When NieR:Automata is released on the Switch, players can expect the game to run at 30bps in 1080p and 720p without being left behind.
Virtuos has previously mentioned how its Switch ports would continue to improve, and it has generally been able to provide a number of high-quality experiences on the Switch so far. Earlier this year, the company also mentioned how it was excited about a series of Switch projects for Summer and beyond, so we guess NieR:Automata is one of them.
