In a new film, Elvis and The Society star joins Stranger Things' David Harbour ...

Olivia DeJonge, an Elvis breakout star, has planned her next film role, joining the cast of The Trashers.

DeJonge will play the female lead opposite Licorice Pizza's Cooper Hoffman and Stranger Things star David Harbour, according to Deadline.

The roles of Harbor and Hoffman will be revealed shortly. AJ is Galante's teenage son, who is a member of the Genovese crime family.

Galante made his money from a waste disposal company in Danbury, Connecticut, before using it to purchase the Danbury Trashers, a minor-league hockey club, and taking over as its new head.

The Danbury Trashers would have a cult following due to their aggressive field play, but their reputation would all come to an end when Galante was sentenced to 72 criminal charges.

The real-life AJ Galante is serving as an associate producer of the film, which is being directed by Cooper Raiff and written by Billions writer Adam R Perlman.

DeJonge played Priscilla Presley in the critically acclaimed Elvis biopic opposite Austin Butler.

The Staircase, an HBO Max miniseries about novelist Michael Peterson, was also featured, along with Colin Firth, Toni Collette, and Sophie Turner.

Elle Tomkins was also a star in the Netflix series The Society, which was initially renewed for a second season, but it was later canceled due to medical issues related to the Covid-19 epidemic.
