We also have the eighth month of the year as we reach the end of yet another week in the year 2022! In the news this week, Nintendo finally unveiled Wave 2 of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's Booster Course Pass. Bandai Namco has asked Digimon Survive fans on social media to not spoil the game! And, according to Monolith Soft, designing the cast of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was a challenge!
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is out now, and in our review, we explain why we think it's pretty darn cool. We've also included Time Extension to the Hookshot Media family, who's recently welcomed Time Extension to the family! This new website is focused on retro games, hidden gems, and classics, and you should definitely check it out!
Now is the time to relax and chat about our weekend gaming plans. A few members of the Nintendo Life team have done just that below, so please feel free to check out our other blogs and add your own.

If you've been a regular reader of this column, then you've probably noticed what I've been up to recently with Xenoblade Chronicles 3, so get used to seeing it in my entries for a while! This game is by far my most anticipated game of the year, and those positive reviews have increased my expectations exponentially.
If things get a bit too much, I'll take a break and do some more Klonoa Phantasy Reverie series. At the moment, I'm trying to complete every level in both games, which is much harder than it sounds.

I'm still playing Rune Factory 4 and Hollow Knight, both of which go on for a lifetime, but I've been enjoying playing Monster Train when I'm looking for something a little more "chill" than a game about farming. What has the world come to, etc.

I apologize to all Xenoblade Chronicles fans, but I wont be playing the third entry this weekend, nor do I have any desire to purchase the game in the near future; I do however intend to continue my playthrough of Ocarina of Time 3D. So you know when I said I would be taking my time, I meant it!
After recently rewatching the Netflix series, Im on a Castlevania binge. I'm playing Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow on the Advance Collection, and I'll probably never stop enjoying those two games; the great thing about Castlevania games is that they're not too long in length.

I will not be able to play Xenoblade Chronicles 3 this weekend, so grab your fireballs and put your pitchforks down! I am on vacation and simply won't have the time to dedicate to the game the time and attention it deserves. But it isn't for me!
I will be continuing to study Steve Jacksons Sorcery! which I have thoroughly enjoyed so far as I get to the final chapter of the game. I also hope to catch a bit of Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 as Feiges San Diego Comic-Con announcements have put me back to work on bringing the game to a halt.

I'll be offline for a few months at a time this year, usually because of these so-called vacations. However, this year things will be different, but I'll certainly remain offline for a while. What better companion would we have in this long and lonely journey than Xenoblade Chronicles 3, a game that our very own PJ swears by.
Each entry in the Wii Europe collection I've seen thus far corresponds to different periods in my life, such as the wonderful live streaming replay of the 2020 Switch remake. I look forward to seeing you all again at the end of the road.
