In Pokemon UNITE, how do you prepare to surrender? ...

Pokemon UNITE is a fast-paced MOBA that's designed to have players getting into and out of matches in a matter of minutes. It's great for playing a few rounds between other tasks in your schedule or playing a ton of games with friends in a single sitting.

There are times when youll have an AFK teammate or a new player who doesn't quite understand how to stay out of danger, which can result in some serious disadvantages early in the round. TiMi Studio did include a surrender feature in the game if this happens to you or your team.

Before you consider using the surrender option, you should first make sure that your team is absolutely out of contention. UNITE is a game of runs, which means you can usually make a comeback in the final stretch, especially with Zapdos as an in-game mechanic.

If the game is already over and your coworkers have already started dancing in spawn just to avoid being killed or disconnected, here's how to surrender.

After five minutes of game time, players may call for a surrender, but you may do it by bringing up the scoreboard with the X button on your phone or touch controls on your phone. From there, simply click the corresponding buttons to open your Settings, and there will be an option to surrender.

Each player may only request a surrender three times.

Each time a vote fails, there will be a 40-second cooldown before you can try again. If the majority of your team votes yes, the game will finish after a brief delay, and you will be awarded the loss.

In a game where every player is still active on your team, you will need four players to vote in favor of surrender. However, if a player has disconnected, they will not get a vote, and the number will decrease to compensate for the difficulty of passing and getting out.

There isnt any significant disadvantage to surrendering on its own, but it will be treated as a whole loss when factored into ranked results or reward payouts.
