Anthony CLASIA Kearney of EG.CA was reportedly benched due to persistent attitude issues that weren't being addressed in a manner the team was happy with, according to Dust2.us.
In a tweet on Twitter today, the 18-year-old player confirmed the story. I've been removed from EG and I'm sorely disappointed in myself. I know I'm better than what I demonstrated to my teammates and everyone, according to CLASIA.
I've been fired from EG and am severely depressed about myself. I know I'm better than what I showed to my teammates and everyone, thank you @valens for the opportunity. Hopefully another one will follow soon.
CLASIA had been playing under the EGs banner since June 2022 when the organization signed Capre Diem and Party Astronauts as a part of the Blueprint Project. With a 15-man lineup, EG plans to field different rosters in multiple tournaments to ensure that its players will not get burnout.
Peter stanislaw Jarguz, a Canadian, appears to be EG's suitable replacement for CLASIA. According to a report on July 28, the Canadian is expected to return to the North American team soon.
This isnt the only change in EGs' ranks this off-season either. On July 28, Stewie2k announced his retirement from professional CS:GO to focus on streaming and content creation.
