How to Watch the Jaguars vs Raiders Live Stream: How to Watch It ...

When the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Las Vegas Raiders meet in the NFL's annual Hall of Game on Thursday, they will not be at the forefront of their minds.

Both of these rebuilding teams will be given an appetizer ahead of preseason proper, and as a result, a tuneup for the other. Each will arrive at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, with a new head coach and several new personnel.

The game will be broadcast on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.

Jaguars vs Raiders Predictions

Travon Walker was a major contributor for Georgia last season, and he should get a few minutes to demonstrate his abilities at this level.

The Jaguars will bookend pass-rushers against opposing teams with Walker and Josh Allen. Even if they dont see the field much in Ohio, the Jags have the depth to make life difficult for Raiders quarterbacks.

Per John Shipley of Sports Illustrateds Jaguar Report, the teams' riches at the defensive end showed up during training camp on Tuesday, August 2. There was one play in team drills where Dawuane Smoot, Arden Key, and KLavon Chaisson all shared the field.

The Jaguars will have no problem wreaking five or six sacks with this many skilled quarterback hunters at their disposal.

Derek Carr may be backed up by a thankless effort, but Jarrett Stidham and Nick Mullens are in direct competition for the position. Mullens has started games for the San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns.

The experience of Stidham and the Pats will shine in this game. Knowledge of the playbook is the finest way to compensate for the short preparation time, so Stidham will outperform Mullens.

After going to the trouble to sign him earlier this offseason, McDaniels and the Raiders should hope Stidham looks the part. Mullens will be helped as long as another wideout other than Hunter Renfrow's emerges as a true playmaker.

Former Jaguar Keelan Cole and ex-Kansas City Chiefs speedster Demarcus Robinson are already in the running, according to Raiders Digital Reporter Levi Edwards:

Derek Carr's opinions on his new receivers

Keelan Cole: Really sharp on his routesDemarcus Robinson: Shown flashes of his talent with his speedMack Hollins: He can do everything.

Levi Edwards (@theleviedwards) will be available on July 30, 2022.

Robinson demonstrated that he has the ability to go outside and work from the slot for the Chiefs, allowing him to fill the vital role of third receiver. This is his first chance to demonstrate that he deserves the responsibility.

Stidham has a chance to reestablish a rapport with his receivers and demonstrate to McDaniels that he can rely on Carr if needed.

A game like this is ideal for an unheralded player who turned heads during training camp to continue to excel. There are a few good candidates, but few are as compelling as Raiders running back Zamir White.

Per Vic Tafur of The Athletic, the team's fourth-round pick this year has received praise for his recent performances from running backs coach Kennedy Polamalu: He is tough, has good contact balance, and you can see the improvement in a new system.

White, who is a star at Georgia, should get plenty of carries, despite the more experienced options behind starter Josh Jacobs. Brandon Bolden and holdover Kenyan Drake are two of the most likely names here.

According to Demetrius Harvey of SB Nations Big Cat Country, the Jaguars have a potential standout of their own.

Jay Tufele, a second-year defensive lineman, has had a great camp thus far. His performance was a bit mixed because he did not finish as well as he could have, receiving some coaching from Brenton Buckner. But you can see the vision: https://twitter.com/icrhdboLdG

Demetrius Harvey (@Demetrius82) will be honored on August 1, 2022.

According to NFL Networks Ian Rapoport, the Raiders will have more on offense than a team boosted by Tufele.

Coach Doug Pederson of the #Jaguars has announced that quarterback Trevor Lawrence and running back Travis Etienne will not play in the Hall of Fame game on Thursday. Expect the #Raiders to be on the same page with several starters watching from the sidelines.

Jake Luton under center and Snoop Conner in the backfield will struggle to keep pace with the Raiders. There'll still be enough room for fringe players like Stidham, Robinson, White, and Tufele to make an impact in a game the Silver and Black should take by 10.
