The experience of level grinding in World of Warcraft is very similar to that of level grinding. Some players enjoy it, doing it once per expansion, but others hate it every second of it. The latest Alpha build, Dragonflight, is expected to reduce the total amount of experience required to level to 60 by about half, according to Wowhead.com (you can see the entire stat crunch here).

The level cap for Dragonflight will be decreased to 70, most likely the Chromie Time penalty.

Although there are still questions unanswered, we don't know everything yet about how the new numbers will stack up. Previous expansions have slashed XP requirements while also reducing the experience granted by quests and enemy mobs. This would not be the first time that WoW has made the levelling process faster. In Cataclysm, Wrath of the Lich King, and Battle for Azeroth, the levelling requirements were reduced by roughly 25-33%.
