Game one was a one-sided affair, with DRX taking a huge 10,000 gold lead by 30 minutes into the match. NS RedForce was hoping for a miraculous opportunity that might help them turn the game over, but it never did. Zekas Sylas picked up an impressive 13/6/16 KDA, helping his team win the match.

In the second games draft phase, NS RedForce chose a scaling composition. Ghosts Sivir was able to crush the DRX champions as soon as he received his key items. DRX, on the other hand, attempted to prolong the game for Defts Zeri to become farmed. But he was unable to change the fate of his team.

Both teams were neck-and-neck in the early and mid-game. DRX were able to turn the game after they punished out-of-position NS RedForces in a teamfight at the dragon pit. Zekas Sylas pick shined once more, going 7/2/7 to assist his team defeat the enemy Nexus.

DRX have yet to be notified for the 2022 Summer Split playoffs, but they are just one win from doing so. Their next match will be against the Kwangdong Freecs on August 7 at 6am CT, which makes this a series that many fans will want to avoid.
