Charlie Brooker, the creator of this page.

Rory Kinnear, Daniel Kaluuya, and Jon Hamm are among the cast members.

Black Mirror, an anthology series that delves into our relationship to technology and the consequences that come with it, has remained constant, even when some of its most recent episodes fell short of its potential. While it is at its finest in its first four seasons, it remains consistently incisive. It remains one of the most innovative anthology shows out there, mixing dark humor with terrifying mementos of our future, and it plays with the realities we create for ourselves with a sense of tact that keeps you hooked.

Lost in Space, a 30th century remake of the popular television series, follows the Robinson family as they attempt to colonize a new planet. The Umbrella Academy (2019-present)

Steve Blackman and Jeremy Slater have been working on this project.

Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Cameron Britton, Mary J. Blige, Colm Feore, and Justin H. Min

The Umbrella Academy, a Netflix original series, is the ideal escape for those who are bored with superhero movies and television series. They were brought apart by a strange (and very rich) man at the beginning of the first season, but their separated father returns via time travel to warn them of the apocalypse in a matter of days.

Netflix has a lot of content to watch.

Legends of Tomorrow (2016-2022)

Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg, and Phil Klemmer are the original artists.

Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Arthur Darvill, Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe

The CW's Legends of Tomorrow is one of the best television series, after a decent second season, and it has truly established itself as a standout series, with both weekly adventures and overarching villains including the returning of Damian Darhk from his time on Arrow, as well as the addition of magical creatures that time travel isnt always a cure-all.

The first season of the show is enjoyable, but it sets the groundwork for the later seasons of the Arrowverse. This has been done because the show has always been open to changing up its narrative and its cast. If something does not work, or a dynamic does not take, they stop it and try something else. Beebo is everyone's favorite fuzzy blue savior.

The third season of Legends was a blast, as well as being fun. Time loops! Pirates! Themyscira! John Noble! That's what a superhero show about a bunch of time travelers should be about: bonkers fun. And yet, the series has great emotional arcs that really resonate.

Netflix has a lot of content to watch.

Love, Death and Robots (2019-present)

Tim Miller is the creator of this blog.

Love, Death & Robots, a sci-fi animated anthology series starring Tim Miller (Deadpool) and legendary filmmaker David Fincher, is a great catch-all for sci-fi enthusiasts. The mainstay of each episode is the notion of sci-fi technology, which runs throughout.

iZombie (2015-2019)

Rob Thomas and Dianne Ruggiero created this page.

Rose McIver, Malcolm Goodwin, Rahul Kohli, Robert Buckley, and David Anders star.

iZombie is a story about a medical resident with the perfect job, perfect lover, and perfect life, who loses it all one night when she's transformed into a zombie. The bad news is that she temporarily inherits the memories, personality, and abilities of anyone she eats, which puts her on the verge of a lesser-than-life detective (Malcolm Goodwin) in order to solve the murders and give her new life a sense of purpose.

Despite its tendency to oversimplify iZombie as "Veronica Mars with zombies," the first season of the show is mostly lighter fare that leans in on the procedural element. Fortunately, McIver's performance is infinitely enjoyable as she adopts the personality traits of the victims. -Haleigh Foutch

Netflix has something to watch.

The Flash (2014-present)

Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns have been created.

Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Rick Cosnett, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh, and Jesse L. Martin star in this film.

The Flash's wacky, twisted, fanciful powers may not be for you. For those who are willing to embrace its full scope of comic origins such as time travel, alternate universes, and Gorilla Grodd, it may be worthwhile. It's still a light and fun romp through Central City's chaotic world, as well as some crossover time with Team Arrow (the same creative team is responsible for both shows).

The Flash has an instantly likable cast, a never-ending supply of great hooks, and a myriad of long-form arcs that help anchor its Villain of the Week plots. Its entirely accessible to non-comic readers (or to those who are not usually drawn to the superhero genre), but also has plenty of insider references to keep comic fans interested. Even in the midst of saving the world, it never loses its joy or its depravity. - Allison Keene

Netflix has something to watch.

Black Lightning (2017-2021)

Salim Akil is the creator of this website.

Cress Williams, China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams, Christine Adams, Marvin "Krondon" Jones III, Damon Gupton, James Remar

Black Lightning came to light just when I thought I had reached my peak of superhero fatigue. The CWs dynamic series is laudable for a number of reasons, including the fact that it focuses on a black family, and the second most obvious one being that it doesnt have to introduce any new characters until the seasons finish (though it did remove a host of lesser villains).

Netflix has something to offer.

Stranger Things (2016-present)

The Duffer Brothers created the Duffer Brothers.

Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Cara Buono, and Matthew Modine star as cast members.

Stranger Things is a new Netflix original series that was hardly released at the time, but it is a sequel to It, Stand By Me, and The Goonies, as it mashes up the creepy atmosphere of a Stephen King novel with compelling characters and a compelling narrative drive, and the show is no longer a standalone film. Which makes it a delightful binge! Adam Chitwood is a well-known author and director of Stranger Things.

Netflix has a lot of content to watch.

The 100 (2014-2020)

Jason Rothenberg is the author of the novel by Kass Morgan (development by: Jason Rothenberg).

Eliza Taylor, Paige Turco, Bob Morley, and Marie Avgeropoulos star in the film.

The 100, the CW's post-apocalyptic sci-fi series, takes a few episodes to establish its grounding, then surges the stakes to the max and never gives up again. The series' title ostensibly implies a journey of 100 juvenile delinquents sent down from a dying spaceship to the surface of a post-nuclear earth, but the series engulfs the audience in a new microcosmic world and culture, and

The series differs by never giving its characters a free pass. As the stakes continue to rise, the young survivors are immersed in politics and warfare that extend beyond their knowledge and experience. They are constantly faced with disastrous life or death choices, and they are forced to bear the consequences of their actions. - Haleigh Foutch

Netflix is offering a lot of video games.

Jeanine Mason, Nathan Dean, Michael Vlamis, Lily Cowles, Tyler Blackburn, Heather Hemmens, Michael Trevino, Amber Midthunder, and Trevor St. John are among the cast.

The reboot of Roswell from 1999 will run on the CW this year. The story is about aliens from the notorious Roswell crash in New Mexico in the 1940s who were kept in pods for many decades but now attend school in Roswell, New Mexico. Both versions are based on Melinda Metz's popular YA series Roswell High. Its a fun, traditional romance with a galactic edge to spice it up.

Prairie Johnson, a woman who disappeared for seven years, begins calling herself the Original Angel (hence the acronym The OA) and working with a group of high school students and a teacher to rescue other missing people from a different dimension. - Taylor Gates

A scientist attempts to communicate with the structure and the creature that created it when a UFO lands on Earth and grows a crystalline tower above it.
