The ancestral home distracts the children before they discover hidden keys with magical powers. The key unlocks more than just magic, though, as an old forgotten evil invades the family and those they care about.
Locke & Key is a moving drama that balances youthful protagonists with shocking twists. It manages to keep viewers engaged while also introducing new viewers. The production style is outstanding and leans heavily on the source material. This show is suited to a wide audience.

Fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and First Kill are sure to enjoy this particular sort of coming-of-age chaos.

Princess Ciri (Freya Allan) is on the run after the sacking of her city, but has hidden secrets of her own.

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance isn't a movie you've seen before, but it does help to understand what goes on in this prequel series. However, you might enter the Netflix show blind and still walk away with an appreciation for the solid fantasy narrative, the incredible production value, and the world's top puppeteers working their craft in one of the finest disbelief sessions ever.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is a story about the elf-like Gelflings overcoming their tribal differences in order to escape from the oppressive rule of the evil and reptiled Skeksis. The 10 currently available episodes have already inspired a whole new generation of The Dark Crystal followers; theres more to come soon, as well as a behind-the-scenes documentary available on Netflix.

But that baptism and whether or not she is ready to tether herself to the Dark Lord are just the beginning of Sabrina's adventures, not the end, as she finds a way to honor both her mortal and supernatural heritage.
