Xur, the weekly Exotic item merchant in Destiny 2, hangs out in random locations throughout the world of Destiny. He may be seen everywhere on the map, as well as inside the Tower this week. He is seen hanging out on the bluff in the Winding Cove.

Xur sells old armor and weapons, similar to Banshee-44 and Ada-1, as of Season of the Lost. These items, whether its armor or weaponry, are usually difficult to find and from seasons long ago. Each item (whether its armor or weaponry) costs only 1,000 Glimmer and 50 Legendary Shards.

Tractor Cannon
Tractor Cannon is an Exotic shotgun. Its Exotic feature, Repulsor Force, allows the weapon to unleash powerful pulses that enrage enemies, deplete their abilities, and make them vulnerable to incoming damage. Its secondary feature, The Scientific Method, increases the weapon's stats temporarily.
Tractor Cannon is extremely powerful in PvP and PvE. It can instantly kill Guardians out of their Super, or help your Fireteam melt a boss. It's also great for soloing tricky content, if you're into that.
Lucky Pants
Lucky Pants vary in their effectiveness depending on how good hand cannons are. Each hit increases damage. The perk also increases your handling, ready, and stow speed for hand cannons.

Peacekeepers
Peacekeepers are designed for the submachine gun enthusiast. Mecha Holster, the engine, will reload submachine guns when you store them and allow you to prepare them immediately. At best, this is OK. If you enjoy submachine guns and want to roll with one or two at a time, these are the pants for you.

Destiny 2's Guide
Aeon Soul
Aeon Soul is a set of Warlock gauntlets from Curse of Osiris. These Exotics have just been reworked and they now work similarly to the Aeon Safe for Titans and Aeon Swift for Hunters. It isn't that the game has an Exotic component. Players may choose powerful, unique mods that help them and their companions.
The mods are completely free and come in an additional mod slot. Theyll give you higher reload time when you get precision hits. Theyll also give bonuses to your allies, like giving bonus energy when you stun a Champion. These are very powerful for difficult group activities such as Grandmaster Nightfalls.

Exotic Cipher quest
Xur has a new quest for an Exotic Cipher in the Tower of the Monuments to Lost Light. These items and other currencies will enable you to purchase Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.
Xur wants you to complete 21 Strikes or win Crucible or Gambit matches this week. Once you complete the quest, youll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you desire.
