A league player discovers a potential pay-to-win animation conflict with the Space Groove Blitzcrank ...

A League of Legends player has discovered a unique method to spook opponents with Blitzcrank taunts. In a video posted to Reddit earlier today, a Blitzcrank player quite literally laughed in the faces of their opponents, forcing them to flee before ever gaining an ability.

The animation for Blitzcranks Rocket Grab (Q) is similar to that for his Space Groove skin, except that it requires a different hand to extend his left arm to perform Rocket Grab.

Despite the difference in the arm used in these animations, the thought of a Blitzcrank player quickly approaching you before presenting their arm toward you will trigger a gut reaction in most League players. In the clip, all of the enemy players are shown manipulating key escape weapons and abilities in order to avoid becoming hooked.

The Blitzcrank player in this clip was able to bait out major abilities with their laugh to open a window to use Rocket Grab (Q) rather than relying on their own instincts to gain advantage.

League players and supporters in the original clip have debated the authenticity of the clip, claiming that the gameplay events taking place in the clip are staged and edited. Others are debating the competitive integrity of Space Groove Blitzcrank, saying that the skin would be pay-to-win.
