You can't date any of the four Killers that you've been introduced to at the start of the game: the Huntress, Spirit, Trapper, and Wraith.
The game has two official endings: a good and a bad ending where you reject the Killers. There are also early bad endings where you get killed by your love interest or one of the other Killers, so those looking to 100% will have plenty of fun.
