The second wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxes Booster Course Pass downloadable content is now available, including eight new tracks for the Nintendo Switch game, including one that is (technically) brand-new: Sky-High Sundae. But Mario Kart 8 fans will be surprised to see another change in the form of a coconut mall upgrade.
Coconut Mall, a track that originally appeared in Mario Kart Wii, was added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe earlier this year with the release of wave 1 of the Switch games Booster Course Pass. Around the end of the course, a group of cars that would normally go back and forth were instead completely stationary. As of Thursday, however, those cars will occasionally donuts.
Here's a sneak peek at that Nintendo proudly promoted on Twitter, and the Pink Gold Peach's assailure:

Shy Guys, who dragged stunts, now pose a more serious danger to Mario Kart players, which will undoubtedly surprise and delight and also destroy some leads. Don't tell your friends.
The Mario Kart 8 Deluxes Booster Course Pass will include 48 new Mario Kart games, including the original Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Mario Kart 7 and Mario Kart Tour. Nintendo also intends to add a few surprises here and there during the implementation of the Booster Course Pass, which will last until 2023, via four additional DLC drops.
The Booster Course Pass costs $24.99, and Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass subscribers will have access to all 48 courses as part of their subscription.
