Season 5 of Yellowstone teases the "killer" narrative ...

Wendy Moniz, star of Yellowstone, has teased a "killer" narrative ahead of the fifth season of the show.

Moniz posted a series of photos from her time on set on Instagram, saying, "It is a gift to work doing something I enjoy, especially working on this program."

"It's a gift to be in and around this industry." It's a gift to be surrounded by so many talented actors and a hard-working crew.

"It is a joy to be a part of this stunning narrative." "This is a thank you post, please enjoy the view," she added.

Since the first season of the show, Moniz has had a recurring role as Governor Lynelle Perry. She has been promoted to season regular this season along with Mo Brings Plenty.

Josh Lucas, who plays a younger version of John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), will return to the ranch for the first time since 2019.

Kylie Rogers (Young Beth Dutton) and Kyle Red Silverstein (Young Rip Wheeler) will join him, according to Deadline. They haven't appeared on the show since 2020.

Yellowstone will also get a prequel series called 1923, featuring Star Wars legends Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.

The family will have to endure a historic drought, injustice, prohibition, and a cattle theft epidemic in Montana. All of this is set against the backdrop of the great depression of the state of Montana. It will also examine the impact of World War I's end in 1918.

The next book will introduce a new generation of the Dutton family and explore the early 20th century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.

Yellowstone will be broadcast on Paramount+, which has launched in the United Kingdom and Ireland on June 22.
