Kylie Jenner was accused of molesting clients and unsanitary conduct. Her accuser didn't back down ...

Kylie Jenner is usually expanding her billion-dollar brand in some way when she isn't executive producing or overseeing Hulus The Kardashians with the rest of her famous family. Previously, she's launched a swimwear line, adult and infant skincare, and more. However, following a BTS look of the 24-year-old creating her latest in the lab, she was accused of slandering customers and unsanitary practices.

First, let's go back and look at it as she did makeup magic in the Kylie Cosmetics lab in Milan, Italy on July 3rd. Many people criticized her for wearing her long, black hair without ties or hair net, along with no gloves, as she mixed makeup.

Kevin James Bennett, who has won two Daytime Emmys for his work as a makeup artist on the soap opera As the World Turns, was equally dissatisfied with what he saw on Kylie Jenners social media. In his own Instagram post, he blasts the beauty mogul on what is and isn't best practice.

I'm a cosmetic developer and work with cosmetic manufacturers (and their labs) as part of my job. I have very short hair, and I've NEVER been allowed into the lab or onto the manufacturing floor without a hair net, shoe covers, mask...and disposable GLOVES. Kylie is deceiving her followers into thinking she is making cosmetics. I'd like to know what ignorant manufacturer (in Italy) allowed her to stage this photo-op in their lab and on the manufacturing floor without following proper

He continued that the Hulu stars post misrepresents the actual process of cosmetic development because credible manufacturers follow STRICT sanitary regulations to protect you. Kylie Jenner responded to the shame on you hashtag, but she denied it and turned the shame back on him.

This is not a photo taken in a manufacturing facility. I would never omit sanitary procedures or any other celebrity or beauty brand owner. thats completely unacceptable, i agree. this is a small personal space creating my own fun samples and taking photographs nowhere near the mass manufacturing. no one is putting customers at risk!!

Kevin James Bennett said while @-ing Kylie Jenner, she was also concerned that there was some serious gaslighting going on here. He questioned how she might possibly be claiming a personal space given how she was wearing a Regi lab coat (a cosmetic manufacturing company) in what appeared to be an official lab space.

@kyliejenner Is this a shame on me? NO, shame on you orwhoever takes care of your social media for attempting to deceive everyone into thinking I'm the culprit. Just accept responsibility for your mistake and move on. Are you a cosmetic developer? Do you know how stringent sanitation procedures are in responsible labs? I do. So if you want a photo-op and you want authority, don't lie about it when you are called out.

If you can believe it, there was still more back and forth after that. Kylie Jenner reacted with a bit of sarcasm, saying, "You were there kevin?" Kevin James Bennett replied with shock, but they seemed to have left it there for the time being.

Kylie Jenner is now back to her regular TL programming, which includes smokey glam photo-ops and BTS photos with her 4-year-old daughter-turned-TikToker Stormi in recent weeks. Season 2 will launch on September 22 for Hulu subscribers. The first was the ongoing controversy over Jenner's private jet usage.

She did not have much to say about the particular controversy, but that doesnt mean this isnt the first time she has called out her opponents for their accusations against her. On TikTok, a mother of now-two children pointed out a user who once said she heard a baby screaming in her house.

Kylie Jenner is seemingly to go viral almost every week these days, with babies, jets, and lab coats. But, she's used to it, right?
