In Update 3.0, the Genshin Impact leak reveals further details about a new event ...

Each new version of Genshin Impact is released roughly every six weeks, with loads of new events, characters, and weapons.

The official social media accounts for the game have already announced the addition of a new major region in the upcoming Genshin Impact update 3.0. Players can expect many Sumeru-themed events in the near future.

Genshin Intel, a trusted Genshin Impact leaker, has provided more information on one of the coming events that will be released with update 3.0. According to the leaker, the new event will be called Tablet Analytics, which will appear on four different stages and three rounds per stage. Players will be permitted to change their team composition between waves.

Players may also choose to trigger various buffs for the upcoming round that will affect their team composition. These will include valuable Primogems as well as Sumeru talent ascension materials. Multiple replies in the comment section claim that one of Genshin Impact's main weaknesses is the lack of permanent features.

The only notable permanent end-game event is probably the Spiral Abyss, which resets every two weeks. However, once the Spiral Abyss floors are completed, players will have less time to do other things other than farming for ascension materials in the upcoming Sumeru region. According to numerous leaks, developer HoYoverse have already made changes to the game's banner system for the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 3.0.

Multiple reports suggest that the first Sumeru update will have three different banner cycles. The first banner will reportedly feature a new five-star bow user named Tighnari, as well as another Dendro character named Collei, who will apparently introduce the Traveler to the new region. The next Genshin Impact update will probably be a week shorter, and it's expected to finish at the end of September.

Genshin Impact is now available on mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in the works.
