A 'Black Panther: Unconquered' comic will reveal the Wakanda's secrets ...

Black Panther: Unconquered #1 will be released this fall by Marvel as an addition to John Ridley and German Peraltas' previous work on the Killmonger limited series. The one-shot story will serve as a starting point for new and experienced readers alike. The Black Panther will need to uncover new connections to Bast, the Panther god.

The one-shot video released during the San Diego Comic-con shows the Kingdom of Wakanda mourning the death of TChalla and that a new Black Panther is on the way. Also, Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has established the idea of various pantheons of gods in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including Moon Knight series and Taika Waititi's Thor: Love and Thunder, which featured Bast in a blink-and-youll-miss-it moment.

Fans of the one-shot comic who is looking into Wakandas past and uncovers unknowns, and who also sees the Black Panther exploring his connection to Bast, are in for a treat before the film comes out. "It's a great honor to contribute my creativity to the legacy of this character." Returning to Marvel for this certainly does.

Hill continued, stating, "We have to keep moving."

"It'll be good to speak to long-time followers of the character while also introducing new ones to his world. "Shall I say it?" We'll just have to imagine me crossing my arms.

As Black Panther: Unconquered # 1 arrives at stores on November 9, you can see TChalla facing a challenge unlike any other Wakanda has seen before:
