Could Matt Smith ever return to Doctor Who in Season 14? ...

Could Matt Smith do the same for David Tennant, who is an ever-popular figure in films? We all know that he is one of the most well-known leading men, and we can say that personally, he is the first Doctor who we saw from start to finish as a viewer.

Suffice it to say, we wouldsincerely love to see him return someday, but it is far from a certainty. In a new interview with Rolling Stone UK, the upcoming star ofHouse of the Dragon made it clear that he isnt saying no to the prospect of an appearance, but it would require a perfect situation for it to happen:

If it was the right script, maybe. I mean, I dont know if I've become too old at the moment. It would have to be really correct.

We certainly do not think he is too old! David was the Doctor before him, and he has reprised the role in live-action form on many occasions; it really all comes down to the narrative. However, Smith is still not as old as Peter Capaldi was when he took on the role; it really comes down to the story; there are so many fond memories of his version of the character that you want it to be special and meaningful to those who are out there.

Let's hope for the best for the time being! Jodie Whittaker will return for another episode, although it's been lost in the process between Tennants returning and Ncuti Gatwa taking over as the new lead.
