After revealing last week that it had canceled its Batgirl film due to recent legal issues, Warner Bros has confirmed that it will continue to work on its planned Flash film with the star.

"We have seen The Flash, Black Adam, and Shazam 2,," Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav said on the company's Q2 earnings call. "We've seen them. We believe they're fantastic, and we think we can make them even better."

"We're not going to release a film until it's ready." Zaslav said of the company's decision to defer Batgirl. We're not going to launch a film until it's fully funded. We're not going to release a film until we believe in it."
