Chelsea: Mallorca's start date has been confirmed, despite a surprise change ...

The first season of Made in Chelsea's new Mallorca-set series has been confirmed, and it looks like the show will undergo a schedule change.

With plenty of drama on the horizon, the cast will soon be traveling off to the sunny island on our screens for a brief five-episode season.

The first episode of E4 will be released on Monday, August 22 at 9pm, instead of weekly installments.

Digby Edgley, a cast member, revealed that things will be 'juicy' in the sunshine, while we'll have to wait to see what's in store. "I believe this summer series will be the finest summer series we've ever done," he said.

"There's a lot of unexpected things like I obviously can't say too much but close friends unexpectedly falling out and you see different sides of people that you wouldn't normally see."

"I'm not blaming," Digby said, but it's the first time I've been to Majorca. We were in a great house and we had a lot of fun and a lot of drama."

"When you're in that situation it can be a bit hazy, but the sun does some incredible things to you. It makes you happy and free, and you're like 'I'm on vacation!'."

Olivia Bentley, Ollie Locke-Locke, Gareth Locke-Locke, Miles Nazaire, James Taylor, Emily Blackwell, Maeva D'Ascanio, Julius Cowdrey, Tristan Phipps, Ruby Adler, Reza Amiri-Garroussi, and Sam Prince are among the cast members to appear in the season.

Made in Chelsea is available on E4.
