Here's all you need to know about it:
Inaba Met Newton-John in 2015
Olivia Newton-John (@therealonj) has shared a post.
While working on DWTS, Inaba met Newton-John in 2015. It was a highlight in my life.
Newton-John was first diagnosed with cancer in 1992 and again in 2013. Whilst in remission, she appeared on DWTS. However, two years after her appearance, doctors discovered that her cancer had spread to her bones, according to People magazine.
Newton-John was kind-hearted and optimistic, something that stayed with those who knew and loved her.
Inaba wrote in another Instagram Story how she blessed us with not only her talent but her joy and kindness as well. Thank you for teaching us all how to live with courage, Inaba continued, stating, "Rest in peace, my friend."
On her Instagram feed, Inaba shared an additional tribute to Newton-John.

As they sat around the judges' table on DWTS, Inaba shared a photo of herself, Bruno Tonioli, Julianne Hough, and Tom Bergeron with the legendary Newton-John.
Today, Inaba encapsulated the loss of a truly exceptional individual.
@therealonj May you be at peace knowing that you made this world a better place with your talent, courage, and incredible kindness, according to her caption.
Newton-John has been remembered by several other DWTS cast members, including Tom Bergeron and Peta Murgatroyd.
The first time I saw @therealonj on a dance show, and the second time months later on a charity event, I was completely enthralled (and a bit smitten) by Bergeron's Instagram feed.
Meanwhile, Mugatroyd uploaded a couple of pictures to her Instagram Stories.
She wrote that this one has done me over today. An Australian icon and legend. There will never be another. This is so tragic. The beloved Sandy from DWTS died.
She then went on to pay tribute to Newton-John with John Travoltas, who admitted that it engulfed her.
Maybe its the extra hormones. Maybe it's because she was my unquestionable movie/musical icon. One so many tried to emulate, she added.
