TLC has issued a statement confirming that a 90 Day Fiance Season 9 cast member was facing some shocking allegations shortly after fans saw her latest marriage scenes. People accused Emily Bieberly of drinking during her wedding, during which time she was unaware that she was pregnant with her second child.
Season 9 viewers may be aware that Emily had an elaborate plan to keep her parents in the dark about her second pregnancy (and fans later learned why that was so important). She stated that she intended to consume non-alcoholic beverages during her rehearsal dinner and wedding, but viewers were suspicious when viewing scenes that she was actually drinking alcohol.
Fans cited video of Emily drinking champagne flutes with other guests during the reception, as well as a confessional segment taken during the reception in which she appeared a little off: HotSeatMag.com reports that TLC has commented on the situation and stated that they are taking fans' concerns seriously:
We're currently reviewing the situation. We'll be acted accordingly at the appropriate time.
Emily's husband, Kobe Blaise, is also seen in a video, which shows her in a limo with the wedding party pouring a drink from a bottle and handing it off.

On Instagram, a photo was posted by a person.
It's important to note that none of this footage is definitive evidence of anything. Considering that we can't see the labels or know with certainty what's in the bottles, it's difficult to say whether or not the drinks are alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Regardless, TLC seems to be interested in investigating the situation and getting to the bottom of things.
Emily appeared on Instagram Stories to reportedly respond to the allegations. She maintained that she was not drinking at all, and she was also suffering with morning sickness on the big day:
So, on our wedding day, I was sore. Like, I was sore because of the pregnancy. And, the day after, everyone was like, Oh my God, are you like so hungover? And im like, Yeah Im so hungover, but really I was so, so, so, so, sick with morning sickness.
If 90 Day Fiance discovers any wrongdoing, it is unclear at this time what action will be taken. We already know thanks to pictures that Kobe and Emily participated in the tell-all specials, and even brought their second child with them. If anything happens, they may be banned from future appearances as Alina Kozhevnikova, but it's best not to assume anything at this point.
TLC's 90 Day Fiance airs on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET. Now might be the time to check out what other new series will be released in the coming weeks, or look up the amazing all-star cast that Happily Ever After? is planning for its next season.
