Capcom has announced what we can expect from them this year's Tokyo Game Show, which will take place on September 15th. There are a few things to be excited about for Nintendo enthusiasts.
On both September 17th and 18th, Capcom will have four playable demos, with Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection topping the list for Switch-bound games. The company has also announced that Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will also be at its booth.
The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection was announced just two months ago, and it will be released sometime next year, so its inclusion on the TGS website is most welcome. The game will collect all ten titles from the original GBA franchise, including a gallery and music mode, which promises to collect over 150 songs from the series.
Capcom will conduct two livestreams during TGS: the Capcom Online Program and the Street Fighter 6 Special Programme. Although neither of these will be conducted in person, we want to emphasize the latter to Nintendo fans.
The Online Programme, which will premiere on September 15th at 3pm BST, promises to provide a pre-recorded stream with a variety of upcoming projects from the company. Though it may have an impact on our Nintendo interests, there has been no official announcement yet.
We'd never expect much from E3 or a major Nintendo Direct, but who knows? Maybe we'll see the Ace Attorney reboot we've long dreamed of.
Capcom's TGS schedule for the past year may be seen on its official website.
The Tokyo Game Show will be held from September 15 to 18th, so we anticipate additional companies to unveil their programs in the coming weeks.
