The star of Power: Raising Kanan teases the appearance of Ghost and Tommy ahead of season 2 ...

Mekai Curtis (young Kanan Stark) of Power: Raising Kanan has given us more information on what to expect ahead of the show's season 2 release, including appearances from other Power characters.

Curtis teased that Ghost and Tommy might appear in future episodes of Digital Spy.

"You know that Ghost and Tommy are a part of Kanan's childhood," he said. "Kanan taught Ghost and Tommy to be Ghost and Tommy. So as the show goes on, and as Kanan's life continues to grow and build, we'll see how they integrate into things as well."

Kanan was a former mentor to Ghost and Tommy, as fans of the series know already. They later became adversaries against each other.

No the two have been linked with an appearance in Raising Kanan for the first time.

Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson, who is also an executive producer for Power and plays the older Kanan Stark, indicated that the younger versions of Ghost and Tommy might appear in the sequel.

"It would be interesting to investigate how James became Ghost and where he and Tommy got started," he suggested.

Season 2 of Raising Kanan will premiere on Sunday, August 14 and, according to the teaser, the second season will deal with the consequences of the spectacular finale of last season.

Kanan's first season came to an end with the attempted assassination of Detective Malcolm Howard. However, unknown to Kanan, the detective is not only still alive, but also his estranged father.

Add to the fact that Raquel's attempted murder was orchestrated, and season 2 is promising to return to the drama immediately.

Season 2 of Power Book III: Raising Kanan on STARZPLAY in the United Kingdom starts August 14th.
