Noah Baumbach's 'White Noise' will be scored by Danny Elfman

Noah Baumbach's 'White Noise' will be scored by Danny Elfman ...

Danny Elfman, an internationally recognized musician, has made his debut at Coachella earlier this year, and he recently released his latest solo album, Big Mess, which just released a remix earlier this week, which is a sequel to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which he is planning to compose for.

Elfman shared his recent profile on, where he discussed his music career and his most recent project, including the aforementioned Coachella show. Baumbach's Netflix title is set to premiere at the end of August, as well as making its North American debut at the New York Film Festival in September.

Elfman, a highly sought-after musician, is well-known for his work with Tim Burton, having scored nearly all of Burton's masterpieces. But beyond these notable films, Elfman has also worked on a number of well-known dramas and Oscar-friendly films, including Milk, Good Will Hunting, Men in Black, and American Hustle.

The next film from the filmmaker behind Marriage Story is expected to be a multibillion-dollar masterpiece, especially as an adaptation of Don DeLillo's 1985 novel of the same name, which has been deemed "unfilmable." It's only a matter of time before we see how Baumbach handled this somewhat bizarre existential comedy-horror, either entirely up Elfman's wheelhouse or something completely different from what we've heard from the ever-busy composer.

Elfman is also collaborating with Burton to create his new Netflix series, Wednesday. Additionally, he's working on the music for the next year's 65, which also stars Driver and Bloody Bridget, the latest film from his brother, Richard Elfman!

White Noise is set to launch on Netflix later this year. Check out some footage from Elfman's Coachella performance here.
