Kirby's Voice Actor Surprises At Her Anniversary Concert, And Everyone Is Ecstatic About Her ...

On top of some top-tier Kirby music, Kirby's 30th Anniversary Music Fest provided plenty of surprises, but one of the concert's greatest "wow" moments came from a certain guest appearance Kirby's voice actor.

Kirby does have a voice; it's not a conglomeration of sounds; it's also a conglomeration of sounds! But, even better, Makiko Ohmoto is pretty adorable herself. She made her series debut in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, and she's been playing the little guy since.

Ohmoto sounded great at yesterday's concert, and many people who saw the stream were surprised. However, within seconds, everyone was overjoyed by her.

Given Kirby's popularity, and just how many individuals young and old like to emulate the character's sweet, quirky voice, it's not surprising that she's a natural light. But knowing that Ohmoto is a ray of sunshine has given many people hope.

People were surprised to see Kirby's voice actor in person, but she only had to "do the voice" to win the respect of everyone.

Several fans took to Twitter to express their surprise that Kirby even had a VA, let alone that she would be making an appearance at the concert. Ohmoto sang a duet of Kirby and the Forgotten Land with Neichel to close out the concert.

Makiko Ohmoto does not just portray the pink puffball; she has credits on both Nintendo and non-Nintendo games such as Rick and Iro (Kirby: Right Back At Ya!), Queen Sectonia (Kirby: Planet Robobot) and Susie (Kirby: Planet Robobot). In the Smash Bros. series, she plays Ness, which means you can make her two characters fight each other!

She's not only had a long-time role in Nintendo games, but she's also had a regular role in the Samurai Warriors and the Warriors Orochi crossover games. But, most surprisingly, she's also the voice of Sayaka Maizono from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.

Everyone loves her. It was a lovely surprise to see her at the concert yesterday.
