Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, who starred in former Vanderpump Rules, left the Bravo show after its eighth season, which premiered in 2020. During an August 2022 interview on the Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast, Cartwright teased that she and her husband may return to television in the near future.
We are, fingers crossed, praying, praying, praying, that we may return soon, according to the mother of one.
Cartwright explained that this project is separate from Vanderpump Rules. She also shared that she and her husband shot their 16-month-old son, Cruz.
Somethings may be brewing. I cant say 100% because you never know what will happen, we are in the early stages of filming, but we are getting there, so knock on wood.
Taylor, a former Bravo personality, said then, has written a children's book about his father, Ronald Cauchi, who died in 2017.
According to a Vanderpump Rules alum, Jax is developing a children's book. It's about his father's death so it's like being with your grandfather or what your father taught you.
In November 2021, Jax Taylor spoke about his children's book.
During a November 2021 interview with Access Hollywood, Taylor talked about his new children's book. He explained that he wrote it as a sort of a love letter to [his] son about [his] father.
Taylor stated that he wants to be a role model for my father in the summer of 2022. I thought that was a great accomplishment. And I'm really, really proud of it.
Taylors children's book has yet to be released.
In May 2022, Brittany Cartwright spoke out about Jax Taylor.
Cartwright admitted that Taylor did not have the best reputation while working on the Vanderpump Rules in a May 2022 interview on the Behind The Velvet Rope podcast. She stated that she has always had a fondness for bad guys, but that he is now a loving husband and father.
Cartwright: "Now he's like an amazing husband and an amazing father and he's like developed into this wonderful guy who I'm very lucky."
Cartwright admitted that she did not intend to be a reality television star. Following a meeting Taylor in Las Vegas, she joined the Vanderpump Rules cast during the series' fourth season.
Cartwright said I was like okay, we're probably not going to talk when I return to Kentucky. I'll have lived in L.A. for seven years now, which is totally insane. And I never imagined going on reality TV or anything like that. The whole TV aspect has been so helpful.
