Kim Kardashian's Attorney Responded When Kanye West Lost Another Lawyer in the Divorce Case

Kim Kardashian's Attorney Responded When Kanye West Lost Another Lawyer in the Divorce Case ...

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone through a tumultuous divorce process that included a number of setbacks. Although they were declared legally single back in March of this year, the hit-making rapper and the SKIMS mogul are still at conflict over their many financial obligations and custody arrangements for their four young children. We know how the Kardashians' lawyer responded.

What Did Kim Kardashians Lawyer Say After Kanye West's Most Recent Attorney?

As Kardashian and West try to reach agreement on financial issues and custody agreements for their kids, there have been a number of legal documents and court dates that have to be completed (North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3). After Samantha Spector resigned from her job in May, Los Angeles County Judge Steve Cochran officially recused West from representing her.

According to Rolling Stone, the Kardashians' attorney, Laura Wasser, responded in court after this new setback, and when asked when they wanted their trial date set, said:

Weve been waiting for quite a while. I actually have a stipulated judgment drafted. Im just trying to persuade someone to pay attention to me.

Wasser has probably had a problem getting someone to pay attention to me, because West has lost a number of lawyers since the original divorce filing.

Kanye West has lost how many lawyers she lost in his separation from Kim Kardashian?

Samantha Spector was the fourth attorney to try to assist West in his divorce from Kardashian. As previously stated, she left his case in May because to a reported breakdown in their client/attorney relationship. Although there had been word that West quickly replaced her with lawyer Deborah Hong, we do not know if this is true. He appeared to have no one representing his interests at last Friday's hearing.

All of West's lawyers haven't resigned on their own initiative. Just before the March 2 hearing that declared West and Kardashian legally single while they still deal with other issues in their divorce, West fired attorney Chris Melcher in favor of Spector. It's unclear when or whether or not they were fired or forced to leave, as Spector did.

The two-day divorce trial between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will begin on December 14 and will continue until West has a new lawyer, or is ready for the trial, or not.
