In the Peacock Thriller's Last Light Watch Trailer, Matthew Fox returns to television ...

Matthew Fox, a former Lost star, is returning to television to prevent a natural disaster or at least help mitigate one for which he is partially accountable.

Last Light, Peacocks' future adaptation of Alex Scarrows' apocalyptic novel of the same name, will be released on Thursday, September 8.

Andy Yeats, a petrochemist who knows how dependent the world is on oil, is caught on fire as he travels to the Middle East, where his wife, Elena, and their young disabled son are stationed in Paris. Despite the distance and the difficulties that separate them, each family member will sacrifice everything to find one another.

Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey) as Elena Yeats, Alyth Ross as Laura Yeats, Amber Rose Revah (The Punisher) as Mika Bakhash, Victor Alli as Owen Jones, Tom Wlaschiha (Strange Things) as Karl Bergmann, and Hakeem Jomah as Baraa.

Dennie Gordon directs all five episodes as well as Fox, William Choi, Sydney Gallonde, Rikke Ennis, Patrick Renault, Diego Piasek, Patrick Massett, and John Zinman.
